The waitress brought us a coffee cup full of forks in Warm water and told us they were out of silverware , it's like they were sterilizing them for us I've never ever seen anything like this before in my life , this place should be SHUT DOWN , they brought a cup of Diet Pepsi that smelled like it was washed and dried out with a DIRTY SOCK. I could still see soap on the rim of the glass , manager came over and gave a half ass apology , it was like it seemed to be a common occurrence to him and didn't phase him one bit, absolutely embarrassing service and what a terrible experience, don't go here , no wonder there was only a few people dining here .........

Applebee's was great. It was a late night meal. A group of us had traveled from Atlanta to Columbus GA for a fashion show. On the road back we were starving and we looked up the nearest eatery and Applebee's was right there. So we got the appetizer specials - 1/2 off from 9p to close (which is midnight) and we also tasted/tried their 3-course meal deal. Oh and the bartender was our waiter and he served us up some very nice concoctions AND made sure that we were taken care of.
It's on 185 off of exit 7 - check it out! -

Came here hoping to have a good meal, but was disappointed. The silverware was dirty, glass had a lipstick mark and my food had a hair in it. How disgusting!!! The mgr Candace came over and offered a half way apology. I'm never coming here again as this is typical for this location. The health dept needs to inspect this place!

This location is understaffed. We walked in, the eatery area looked very empty, so we expected to wait little to no time to be seated.
Our wait time was 30 minutes. With this location being near a college and near the mall, I expected it to at least be fully staffed and take on the crowds.
